- Bonjour à toutes et à tous, ici le nouveau rédac'chef au clavier, plus
connu sous le pseudonyme débile de The Beast.
- A l'origine, le ToXiC MaG était un magazine sur disquette pour Atari ST, créé en 1991.
Mais avec l'arrivée d'Internet, nous produisons maintenant une version HTML
pour que le mag soit accessible aux lecteurs qui n'ont pas d'Atari ou qui préfèrent la
version HTML à la version d'origine.
- Notre magazine a deux buts : vous informer et vous divertir. Bien entendu, nous ne
sommes pas sectaires et vous trouverez de nombreux articles très variés
(musique, chroniques, internet, etc.). Le langage utilisé peut vous paraître un peu cru,
mais c'est tout à fait voulu puisque notre magazine s'adresse tout d'abord aux ataristes,
qui sont assez jeunes dans l'ensemble.
- Cette version HTML a été conçue de manière à pouvoir être consultée
depuis n'importe quel navigateur WEB graphique. D'ailleurs, nous n'utilisons ni frames, ni Java.

- Hi everybody, here is the editor-in-chief at the keyboard, also known as
The Beast.
- For the new readers, the ToXiC MaG was created in 1991 and it was first a disk-magazine
for Atari ST. But with the growing success of Internet, we had the idea to made an HTML version
for those who don't have an Atari anymore or for those who prefer reading HTML pages.
- Our magazine has got two goals : information and entertainment. Of course, you won't find only
Atari-related articles : some articles deal with music, chronicles, Internet, etc. The language we
use may seem you a bit rude, but it's normal indeed, because our magazine is aimed at atarists, who are
quite young in general.
- This HTML version has been designed for being consulted on all graphical WEB browser.
Moreover, we don't use frames nor Java.
- Most of the articles were translated into English using Power Translator Pro on PC. We know the translation
isn't perfect, but it's better than nothing. Anyhow we didn't want to translate all the articles ourselves because
it would be too long and too boring. On the other hand, it is possible to translate the beginning of each article
using Altavista's translation service.
